Smtp;554 Sorry, Message Looks Like Spam Or Phish To Me Why Is Outlook Express Telling Me That I'm Sending Spam?

Why is Outlook Express telling me that I'm sending spam? - smtp;554 sorry, message looks like spam or phish to me

I tried to send mail via Outlook Express.

It's a bit long, but it is a strange characters and a coherent text. Then there is a picture. (This is a story about my grandmother, who died this week, I wanted to share with my family.)

When I send the message, I get the following error message:

An unknown error has occurred. Xxxx Fwd Case ': Marian mum xxxx', Account:'', Server:'', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Sorry, what does this message (# 5.6.0) "spam, Port: 25, Secure (SSL ): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

This happens even if you try, just to send the message to me.

How do I solve this problem?

  1. This seems to be a system for filtering outgoing e-mails by the WHO, are increasingly messaging services. Effectiveness of e-mail comes into the scheme that the provider feels the identification of spam.

What happens is that Outlook Express is an electronic communication server sends and the server refuses to send e-mail. It has nothing to do with Outlook Express and is used by e-mail provider is caused.

It is best to contact your personal server and explain what you are doing and ask what they should not strongly absorbed by the spam filter.

One possibility might be to compose the email in a word processing program every recipient in a position to documents (such as Word Pad to see if you have windows) to use computers, unless message. Then add the file to your e-mail and explain the message you put the message into a Word document pad. This is also it's much easier for people to print the message, if desired.

I tend to this by giving messages to the family (with MS-Word, as all running Office suite, or in some cases work) to do. It works quite well, and people who mean to use web mail (like Hotmail or Gmail) that this means that you can see the message without printing the rest of the garbage that if you select "Print" webmail " receive, use this page.

    Good luck.

  2. This does not mean that Outlook Express is a spam, but a main line of the mail server of one of its beneficiaries. Do not keep trying this, you can find in the black list. All images must be sent as an attachment to keep the text short. If you need to say to send another message with more text. It also comes to an attacker. Develop a new e-mail to them.
